When you have selected an item that you want to buy, you click on “add to cart”. To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the screen. This will send you to the checkout process, where you can enter the shipping and billing address and select a payment method.
After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail confirms that your order has been successfully processed. If you have created an account, you can see your order on your account page.
You can track the status of your order on your account page. Once your order has been picked up, the status changes to “complete”. Then you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code per e-mail.
If the items are still in the shopping cart, you can remove them at any time and choose other items. If you have completed the payment process, and the payment, you can no longer make any changes. When you receive your order, you can return the items that you do not want.
That depends on the status of your shipment. Contact our customer service (service@iamtoro.shop) as soon as possible and state your order number. Once the order has been processed, it can unfortunately not be canceled.

Yes. In the payment process you can enter an address other than the billing address for shipment.
Click on the account icon in the upper right corner of any page. Choose “Register” and follow the instructions as requested, or sign up once you are in the payment process.
If you have problems logging in first check the error message you see. The most common problem is a misspelled email address or password (check if your CAPS LOCK is disabled). If the problem persists, use the “I forgot my password” link. You will automatically receive a new password.
Click on the account icon in the top right corner of any page. Select “Forgot your password?” from the pop-up screen and follow the instructions. You will receive an e-mail with instructions within a few minutes.
Select the items you want to buy. Enter your unique e-Gift Card code at ‘checkout’. The value of your e-Gift Card will be deducted from your shopping cart value. Is the shopping cart value more than the value of your e-Gift Card? Then you can pay the rest with one of the payment methods. Is the shopping cart value less than the value of your e-Gift Card? Then the remaining amount will remain on your e-Gift Card and you can use it later.
