BE EPIC

When it rains it pours, people say. In my case it was a cloudburst. In a short time I lost my grandmother to a debilitating disease, I lost the love of my life to someone else and I lost my financial security. These three blows pushed me into a downward spiral.

Until I came to a point where I decided I would not give up. Despite the setbacks and the grief, I would not loose myself. I drew inspiration from stories of the legendary warrior Spartacus who fought for his ideals and conquered. I started to see myself as an epic 21st century warrior that could not be broken. And it worked. I got my career back on track, could support my family and enjoyed life again.

My psychologist on 2 wheels, my chopper motorcycle, helps me with that. It is an extension of my personality and it makes me happy every day, especially when I open the throttle. It gives me an indescribable feeling of freedom. A feeling that anything is possible. Find the power within yourself and radiate it outwards. As long as you know who you are, where you come from and where you want to go, everything is possible and you can make your dreams come true. My dream is to make a switch from model to actor. And I’m going for it. Just like Spartacus.
