After placing the order with IAMTORO you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. After you have received this confirmation, we will ship your order. Your order will be sent to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point. All our orders are shipped by PostNL and DHL. If you place your order before 22:00, we will ship your order the same day!
Shipping costs
At IAMTORO you pay no shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands from € 40, we will bear these costs and the products ordered by you will be shipped to you for free. Below this amount you pay € 4.95 for shipping within the Netherlands.
Shipping abroad
Did you place your order before 10 p.m. on Monday to Friday? Then it will be shipped the same day and you can expect your order at home the next day. All orders at IAMTORO are shipped with PostNL and are delivered the next day (with the exception of holidays), please note that PostNL does not deliver parcels on Sundays and Mondays.
Do you live abroad? No problem! IAMTORO also sends its orders to customers abroad. Unfortunately, this can sometimes take a little longer than you are used to from us. Curious about delivery times for our foreign deliveries? View these in the table below:
Track & Trace
When your order is shipped to us, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link with which you can track your order. Did you not receive an e-mail or not traceable? Don’t worry, you can always contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
